I had to trade USD for BTC (BitCoin) via Digital Mint which has a teller window at the
EZ Money From there I converted BTC to DOGE via my
Exodus Wallet. Between the two trades I took about a 30% hit from fees. My average DOGE price after conversion was about 7.7 cents. I recently found out that transaction fees between crypto wallets of the same coin are quite cheap- often far less than international transfers with currency conversion. Right now I believe it costs about 15.5 cents to send any quantity of DOGE between DOGE wallets. But when exchanging between coins or state currencies you're going to take a beating.
