Terms of Service and Privacy Policy Update, October 8th, 2024

On October 8th, 2024 we made some changes to our privacy policy and terms of service.

In short we better explained who the owner of the Manistee Speaks forums is (33 Gamma L.L.C.). We also disclosed that our server tracks visitors IP addresses.

This is part of an ongoing process by our company to better comply with various data privacy laws and regulations.
